Vernā, you [and your team] were, and are remarkable! An extraordinary number of attendees pulled me aside during and after our assembly to express how impressed they were with your mastery of the subject matter. They also extolled your oratorical skills which we collectively agreed were superb. Most of the people with whom I spoke were particularly complimentary of three things:
First, they relished the fact that the tone of the discussion was instructive rather than accusatory.
Second, the "opportunity walk" appeared to have a profound impact on the entire group.
Third, there was effusive praise for the range of proposed solutions. Several people remarked that the suggestions distinguished the program and enhanced both its meaningfulness and excellence. I am certain that we will learn more once the survey results have been reviewed and analyzed.
The fact that we appeared to have as many people at the end of the day as we did at the start is a resounding testament to your talent.
"Thank you" barely seems capable of conveying the wealth of gratitude that it purports to convey, but until someone coins a larger, more expressive phrase, "thank you" will have to do."

"Verna Myers & Associates was immensely helpful to our firm in the early years of our formal diversity initiative. Ms. Myers and her colleague, Kay Kim, helped us to formulate a constructive self-evaluation process which included focus groups, interviews and analysis of strategies and programs which we have implemented. They have provided insightful guidance to our diversity committee and to our management team and have helped in the formation and execution of our firm action plan. Perhaps most importantly, they offered a creative structure for our committee and a level of confidence and comfort among our attorneys and staff in the firm's dedication to its ongoing diversity initiative and long-term dedication and commitment to the process."
